Can the whole audience upload, not just the organizers?

Yes. Anyone with the link or QR code can upload — founders, judges, sponsors, and attendees — with no account or app required. The name and email fields are optional.

Can I run separate hubs for different demo days or tracks?

Yes. Each event has its own branded link and QR code, and they all roll up into the same dashboard — handy for a multi-city tour or several tracks in one day.

Is data stored in the EU?

Yes. Files are stored in AWS S3 in the EU region and the database runs on Supabase in the EU — GDPR-friendly by default, which matters for European accelerators and their cohorts.

What about video from the pitches?

Each file can be up to 500MB, which covers attendee-shot clips and pitch highlights. For full-length recordings of every pitch, your A/V team should share via a dedicated channel; EventUploader is sized for the crowd-shot footage around the event.
